Claude Code

Claude Code is Anthropic's official CLI for Claude. It runs in your terminal, reads your files, and executes commands. Unlike web-based AI chats, it integrates directly into your development workflow with programmable customization.

Applying the 5-Step

Before adding any Claude Code feature, apply Step 1 from Part 1: Question. Do you actually need this command? What problem does it solve? Who asked for this feature? The most productive Claude Code setups are the simplest ones.
