Before adding anything from this tutorial, apply the 5-Step Algorithm from Part 1: Question (do I need this?), Delete (can I remove the requirement?), Simplify (what's the minimal version?), Accelerate (only after simplifying), Automate LAST. Don't copy this setup wholesale—let your friction guide you.
